Warning: this recipe is slightly addicting!

Happy Tupper-Tuesday, everyone! Today’s recipe is a dessert and drinks combination that you can serve this coming Holidays! I utilized, of course, my Tupperware cookwares and this recipe is so fun and easy to make.

Homemade Peanut Butter Cups and Oat Milk

Equipment

  • Tupperware Cold Brew Carafe
  • Tupperware Silicon Mold
  • TupperWave® Stack Cooker

Ingredients

Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

  • white chocolate
  • dark chocolate
  • peanut butter

Homemade Oat Milk

  • organic rolled oats
  • water

Instructions

Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

  • Melt white chocolate in the microwave for 90 seconds using the TupperWave® Stack Cooker lid
  • Melt dark chocolate in the microwave for 90 seconds using the 1.7L casserole from the TupperWave® Stack Cooker
  • Place the melted white and dark chocolate in the Tupperware silicon mold going up on the sides
  • Put it in the freezer to sit for 1 minute
  • Remove the chocolate cups out of the mold and rub it in a slightly heated pan to even out the edges and remove imperfections
  • Place them back in the mold and fill-up the cup with peanut butter
  • Put it back in the freezer til the peanut butter is frozen
  • Add a little bit of melted chocolate on top
  • Freeze everything in the freezer

Homemade Oat Milk

  • 1 cup of oat meal to 4 cups of water
  • blend for 30-35 seconds (add dates or vanilla bean in the blender if you prefer sweetened oat milk)
  • strain the oats in the Tupperware Cold Brew
