One pot pastas are great to cook especially when you’re always on-the-go or if you’re meal prepping. It’s a no-fuss meal using only one cookware and any vegetables you like!
So what’s a “one pot pasta”, you ask? Essentially the idea is that you don’t have to pre-cook the pasta. The pasta cooks with the sauce and vegetables all together in one pan. It’s one less pan you have to use, which means quicker dinner on the table, and quicker clean-up.
Elk One Pot Pasta
Equipment
- Tupperware Microwave Pressure Cooker
- Chop 'N Prep Chef
Ingredients
- 225 g bow tie pasta
- 1 pc onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 24 oz pasta marinara
- 1.5 cups beef broth
- ground elk you can use any other ground meats you have
Instructions
- Add the ground elk into the pressure cooker and pound it.
- Slice some onion and garlic and add into the Chop 'N Prep Chef to grind them up. Pull cord. Once done, add into the pressure cooker.
- Add 2 cups of pasta sauce, pasta bows, and 1½ cups of broth.
- Securely place the lid and lock it.
- Cook in the microwave for 15 minutes.
- Once is done cooking, mix well. You can store this for later's consumption. And if you feel like adding more pasta, you can just boil some and add into your dish before heating up everything.
