Today’s recipe is for those parents who need a little extra kick of caffeine in their lives! I know we’re still in work-from-home setting and running a household while doing work can be a handful.
Here’s a quick and easy recipe that you can do with your kids. It takes less than 30 minutes to prepare and is great when paired with a cold brew!
Cinnamon Cream Cheese Rollups
Equipment
- Tupperware MicroPro Grill
- Cold Brew Carafe
Ingredients
- ½ loaf brown bread
- ⅔ (of 8 oz. bar) cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¾ cup coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- ½ cup butter melted
Instructions
- Cut off bread crusts and flatten each side.
- Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, combine coconut sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Spread 1 - ½ tbsp. cream cheese mixture onto each slice of bread and roll up.
- Dop each rolled bread into melted butter and then into cinnamon and coconut sugar mix.
- Place in MicroPro Grill and repeat for all slices of bread.
- Place the MicroPro in the Microwave with its cover in the grill position for about 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy with your cold brew!

In addition, cold brew contains compounds that can reduce your risk of heart disease, including magnesium, antioxidants, and anti-inflammatory agents.
